The Parish Meeting votes at the November Annual General Meeting between 6 and 8 residents to meet and discuss any planning applications that relate to properties in the Hellidon Parish.
The meetings are open to the general public and usually take place in the Village Hall. A notice will be posted on the village’s 2 notice boards on the Village Green and Village Hall.
